CAN I WITHDRAW CASH FROM ATMS?

Yes. ATM withdrawals incur 1% fee (minimum $5) plus ATM operator fees. Limits: $3,000 per transaction, $10,000 daily, $100,000 monthly. Maximum 20 withdrawals per day, 30 per month.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR DECARD?

DeCard is currently available to individuals residing in Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
