About Fuse Dollar V3

Fuse Dollar (fUSD) is a decentralized, 1:1 USD-pegged stablecoin native to the Fuse Network, fully backed by a reserve of top-tier stablecoins (USDC and USDT) held in smart contracts. It is designed to provide a stable medium of exchange for everyday payments and decentralized finance (DeFi) within the Fuse ecosystem.

Mint & redeem

Users can mint fUSD 1:1 by depositing supported stablecoin collateral (typically USDC or USDT) into the protocol. fUSD can be redeemed for the underlying collateral at any time. The v3 protocol utilizes a dynamic "Basket" mechanism to maintain its peg, ensuring the token is always fully collateralized by on-chain reserves.
