WHERE CAN I USE THE BITREFILL CARD?

Both the physical and virtual Bitrefill Card can be used for online shopping and at merchants that accept contactless and chip and PIN payments. Android users can leverage the tap-to-pay feature via Google Pay, thanks to NFC technology. For iOS users, Apple Pay integration is being planned and will be available in the future. Please note that due to our card partner's policies, usage may be restricted to merchants in certain jurisdictions.

WHAT FEES ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE BITREFILL CARD?

There is no charge to get a Bitrefill Card, and there are no monthly maintenance fees. A conversion fee is only incurred when loading funds onto the card. This competitive and transparent fee ensures you always know what you're paying. Furthermore, there are no foreign transaction fees, making international purchases more affordable. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE BITREFILL CARD?

Individuals aged 18 or older who passed an identity verification process (managed by our card partner) and are residents of the following countries are eligible to apply for the Bitrefill Card: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Due to regulatory reasons, we are currently unable to offer services to citizens of the United States of America and the Russian Federation, regardless of their residency. However, citizens of the Russian Federation who also hold EU/EEA citizenship are eligible for our Services.
